Treating Arm and Hand Pain

Common conditions, including arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis, can cause pain and limited range of motion in the arm and hand. Our experienced orthopedic surgeons can diagnose your condition and determine whether nonsurgical solutions, such as physical therapy and bracing, or a minimally invasive surgical solution can reduce the impact of arm and hand pain on your quality of life. Request an appointment today to discuss your options.

Carpal Tunnel Release

Carpal tunnel syndrome develops when too much pressure on the median nerve leads to numbness, pain, tingling and weakness in the hand. During carpal tunnel release, an orthopedic surgeon cuts the ligament over the carpal tunnel to release pressure on the median nerve.

Tendon and Ligament repair

Several procedures can be performed to repair tendons and ligaments damaged by tendonitis, trigger finger, sports injuries and traumatic injuries, such as severe cuts. Tendon and ligament procedures can also help reduce arthritis-related inflammation.
